"I would not reccomend this agent at all.
She was very nice and attentive in the beginning. My family and I stuck with her for 3 years. As time went by, she became very dismissive, raised our prices like crazy ( we are more than aware of prices rising when adding new cars and car accidents). She kept telling us different prices. We thought maybe inflation and adding new cars was the reason cause that was her reasoning every time we brought up the high increase. She then suggested drive and safe beacon. Unfortunately our mailbox was having problems and the beacons couldn’t be put on time. She didn’t care about our situation and took the discount off and raised our monthly payment by $70. We were fed up and called customer support and the representative without a problem, was able to put those discounts back in our policy. We were very close to switching to another company but State Farm has very competitive rates. I would recommend to stay with State Farm but mostly definitely staying away from this place. Please do your research on agents and read their reviews. PLEASE."

"I genuinely cannot say a single positive thing about my experience with Anna Vargas Hopper’s State Farm agency.
Every interaction has felt like an inconvenience to them. Getting a straightforward answer to even basic questions somehow turns into a frustrating back-and-forth where it feels like they’re working harder to avoid answering than to actually help.
The moment that really solidified it for me was when my husband was involved in an accident and we reached out for information, only to be told they couldn’t help because we “had an attorney.” We did not have an attorney. Instead of clarifying or helping us figure out what was going on, we were just shut down.
On top of that, the overall attitude has consistently been cold, dismissive, and frankly snooty. Insurance is one of those things you hope you can rely on when you actually need support, and this agency has been the exact opposite.
If you want an agent who is responsive, informative, and treats you like a valued customer instead of an annoyance, I would absolutely look elsewhere.

"No thanks! I was a client of theirs for a short time in the past and changed because they had an office near my house but my current agent is never in the office. So I called there yesterday to be his client again, the elderly lady Ana is totally rude. I don't want to have contact with that kind of people, it's not part of my life. They would be fine working with a neighboring country that is part of their culture. Lol I don't recommend it, they are unprofessional And... horrible communication."

"In the past I have had issues with State Farm.
Due to their rates being more affordable, I reluctantly had to return. Working with the staff at Anna's office has allayed my fears though, as Steven was refreshingly genuine and thoughful in helping me navigate through the process to make smart decisions for my life insurance and medicare.
